When you log in to your Shopify admin > click on the Settings button at the very bottom left corner of the page > select the Notifications section on the menu

In the Notifications page, there are several items on the Orders section. You choose one of them to edit the email template for that item.

 

 

 

Step 3: Start customizing email template

You'll be directed to the item's email template editor, then you can change the email subject and its body 

 

 

Step 4: Save

After completely editing the template, check again the changes to make sure it is precise. You should preview it by clicking on the Preview button at the top of the page before Save it. You can discard the changes by clicking on the Revert to default button placed at the bottom left of the page.
